big chalky white frothy Head. Funky dry Belgian yeast nose with a touch of anise and apricot crumble. Funky Belgian yeast and cotton candy with a touch of grapefruit rind character on the palate but a bit simple, dry, medium bitterness

Quite nice. Banana, malt, bit of spice. Something slightly strange too.
