The appearance was soft milky brown color with a sly transparency about it. Finger’s worth of level white head sat atop of my glass. Slowly died off leaving some messy lace.
The aroma had some caramel/toffee malts up front with a touch of dark fruits (raisins, I’m guessing) then some sweet oats with a little bit of spice as it ends.
The flavor leaned towards the sweet side with an ample amount of the spice trying to balance it, but mainly sat further in the back. Nice mostly sweet aftertaste to follow into the finish.
The feel was almost medium bodied, seemed it sat just a tad under. The malts don’t cave under the pressure of the spice, but seemed to gently allow a light harshness along my tongue - mostly smooth beer. ABV and carbonation felt fine.
Overall, really nice brown ale almost like drinking an oatmeal cookie. Only thing I had to question myself, was that really cinnamon? They say they put it in this beer, but there’s some little spice in this one.

The appearance was a clean fairly dark brown color with a rim of a white little head that fell off at a decent pace. Light lace.
The aroma had some semi-sweet to roasty nuts, somewhat like pecans and then touches along some roasted malt, somewhat like caramel.
The flavor was somewhat sweet through the previously mentioned aromas with a fair roasty to sweet sort of aftertaste. Quick malty sort of semi-roasty finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. Decent carbonation. ABV felt good.
Overall, worthy brown ale of having again.

The appearance was a dark amber close to brown sort of color with a fast dissipating white foamy head. No lace.
The aroma had some nuts, light coffee grounds, some grassy sweet and bitter hops and slight herbal to earthy little spice at the end.
The flavor yields to the maltiness initially and ends up developing with the earthy spice into the aftertaste. Quick little finish.
The feel was about medium bodied, just a tad under, but felt nice to me. Slight dryness, but acceptable. ABV felt nice. Felt pretty smooth along my tongue.
Overall, pretty nice brown ale well worthy of having again.

This was poured into a becher pint glass.
The appearance was a burnt orange/copper color with a thin finger’s worth of white foamy head that dissipated at a nice pace. Subtle stringy lace.
The aroma had a semi-sweet grassy hopped pommegranite and somewhat stone fruity sweetness.
The flavor copies the aroma in a mostly sweet manner and adds a touch of some bitterness far underneath through the hops. Controlled fruity sweet hoppy aftertaste and follows through in the finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. ABV felt good as projected by the brewer.
Overall, nice APA displaying the galaxy hops in a sweet damp sort of way of wanting more this time of year.

Sampled from the tap at Gravity. Pours a near clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of tropical fruits and pineapple with light grains backing. Flavor has more of a grass and earthy citrus notes with a touch of sweet grains.

Sample at Bridge Street Tap Room. The beer pours brown with a medium light beige head that recedes quickly to an outer ring. Short strings of lace. Roasted malt, caramel and nuts in the nose. Light to medium body with flavors of caramel malt and roasted nuts. The finish is roasty with a malty aftertaste. Decent overall.

Draft at brewery. Light, shiny gold, little head. Tangy palate. Simple, but tasty. Nice saison.
