Canned 5/15, drunk 7/9/25.
Moderately hazy, muted brass-blonde. Frothy, white head, medium-sized.
Earthy and with good cellar and musty notes and lots of leafy green, light spice, stone fruit and unripe tropical fruit. Really fun nose does indeed include bubble gum but it's light. Low acid, with a white bread-like maltiness.
Zesty spice, light bubble gum, with a bit of wood, dry citrus and light pine. Hint of toast, biscuit, caramel and otherwise white bread from the malt easily balances. Love the earthy character with tea and light dry hop. Some melon, even. Lingering sweetness with bubble gum. Nice throwback.

16 oz can from NJ Wine Seller, Green Brook, 7/8/25. Pours a fully hazy orange color with a thin head that dissipates quickly down to nothing. Sweet meaning, with pineapple, grapefruit, some mangonion, and a little orange juice. Pretty good fell. Tasty overall. Not top of style or anything, but it's solid stuff.

Illegibly-dated can from the brewery, drunk 7/6/25.
Moderately hazy, bronze-maize-golden. Big, frothy, white head collapsing quickly to spotty cover.
Holy smokes! And here I thought the OG Terps smelled like weed....this is something else. Just straight cannabis! Skunky, spicy, dank and complex. Fruity notes with pepper, and light white bread-like notes from the malt lingering.
Yeah and that's just like straight up cannabis in the flavor too. Skunky, earthy, big spice and mineral with a light, almost mustard-like element. Some big fruitiness and lots of honey and white bread-like malts. Lingering skunky-spice/cannabis. Well damn, this wins the award for most weed-like beer I've had to-date.

Canned 4/21 drunk 7/6/25.
Rusty copper orange. Hint of haze. Large, yellowish head steadily recedes to partial cover.
There's a backbone of orange-laced caramel and vanilla but a super christmasy, Chinook-like spiciness abounds. Big, fruity, spicy black pepper and fruity pine with no resin or toast, thank god.
In the mouth it's soft, supple, fruity, spicey and yes, piney, but in the best way. There's little/no resin here and what there is, is easily balanced by the soft, supple malts that contain big white bread and very light caramel-vanilla flavors. Almost a creme brulee-like character. I guess when Pulpy family meets PNW hops, good things happen, because this is a WC IPA I can wholly get behind.

Can pour at Tilton brewery, 7/5/25.
Clear, deep beige-dark-oak. Small, rich-butter-colored head showing moderate retention.
Saline and caramel notes abound with fresh yeast adding a big fruitiness. Seemingly good attenuation but some slight excess sugar remains. Not boozey, though.
Soft and sweet, though with a reasonable attenuation. Really lame that they didnt barrel age this, as it would have benefited greatly from it. As is, it's just a bit too sugary and monotonous. Becomes a big chore to drink after a few sips, even if it pretty well-constructed and not boozey.

Tilton draught, 7/5/25.
Dark, undetermined clarity. Small, tan head.
Nose has a weird waxiness, earthiness and slight unfinished sugar (or is it the maple from the maple bourbon?). I don't know but it doesn't have any classic bourbon elements and there's little deep, intense fudginess from malt. No alcohol noted.
Weird flavors continue the trend with baked bean, wax and earth. No intense fudge, or soft chocolate, nothing resembling Heaven Hill that I can find. Body is medium, a bit sweet and sugary. Doesn't seem barrel-aged at all. Certainly doesn't have any of the good qualities of a Barrel-Aged stout.

Can pour at Tilton, 7/5/25.
Murky, yet still bright cherry-cranberry. Small, pinkish head to edges fairly quickly.
It's all there as advertise in the nose. Earthy, sweet "chocolate" with tart cherry and minimal lactose. Not sugary, somehow. Clean.
In the mouth it's fruity, tart, sweet, but not overly so with good acidity. Earthy, creamy, soft white chocolate dulls the cherry, lactic tartness. Pretty good attenuation leaving it still round for the most part. Not a fan of pastry sours, but this is done well for what it is.

Tilton draught, 7/5/25.
Moderately hazy, lime-bronze-golden. Small, white head.
Interesting floral, cannabis-like and gummy fruit notes with some fruity pepper. Weird but terpy and interesting. Cracker and light white bread balance gently in the background.
Clean and bright with fruity, peppery, "dank" and weed-like notes. Floral and peppery with a chewy, white bread-like texture and good attenuation. Some softer tropical juiciness with warming. As far as the terpenes go, it's definitely an interesting element.

Tilton draught, 7/5/25.
Moderately hazy, bright golden-lime-blonde. Small, firm, white head.
Juicy citrus with light accents of stronger, dry grapefruit. White bread and biscuit from the malt gently balances. Gains a hint of floral and tropical fruit character. Clean, no alcohol noted.
Juicy, with some musty mineral and an excellent body with high attenuation. Pretty standard citrusy juiciness but with a healthy bitterness and a bit of tropical fruit. Very clean and easy drinking. Maybe a hint too soft overall.

Can from the Packie
Mostly clear medium gold color with with a thin white head that persists. Earthy spicy with hints of clove and some bready crackery malt to counter. No as clean as some lagers but decent enough to drink.
