On tap pour as part of a flight at the brewery. Appearance is opaque, dark yellow with thin cap of off white head with fair retention and light lacing. Aroma is strong citrus, grape and grapefruit. Taste is strong grapefruit, grape and citrus. Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with smooth, frothy texture, soft carbonation and dry finish as taste with lingering yeast and mild bitterness. Overall this is everything it promised it would be.

Flight pour on tap at the brewery. Appearance is opaque dark yellow with finger width white foamy head with good retention and nice lacing. Aroma is moderately strong grape and light citrus. Taste is mild grape and citrus. Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with smooth texture soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, aroma and taste could be a bit stronger. Not awesome Nelson but good.

Flight pour on tap at the brewery. Appearance is opaque black with no sparkle, no head, no lacing. Aroma is strong chocolate, vanilla and coconut. Taste is strong vanilla but astringent coconut, milk chocolate. Mouthfeel is light side of light to medium bodied with thin frothy texture, average to lively carbonation and crisp finish. Overall, too carbonated and a bit thin. Astringent coconut so taste falls far short of aroma. Not bad but could have been so much more.

16 oz. can. Aroma shows me marijuana and pine. I do not smoke marijuana. But if I did I would imagine it smells like this beer. The flavor is grass clippings, marijuana, with a long lingering pine finish. I mean… danky doesn’t quite cover this flavor profile. Whoa!

4 ounce draft at the source. Yo, no joke. Spot on a S’mores stout. Mild graham cracker under chocolate and marshmallows. Body is full and creamy. They nailed this one.
