Got in a BIF from TheDoctor. 16 ounce can into tulip glass; no can dating, but is a recent release. Pours lightly hazy deep golden amber color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and rocky off white head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big mandarin orange juice, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, blueberry, gooseberry, guava, citrus peel/zest, light pepper/pine, wheat, white bread dough, light honey, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of huge mandarin orange juice, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, blueberry, gooseberry, guava, citrus peel/zest, light pepper/pine, wheat, white bread dough, light honey, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Very mild pine, zesty, herbal, floral, grassy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of mandarin orange juice, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, blueberry, gooseberry, guava, citrus peel/zest, light pepper/pine, wheat, white bread dough, light honey, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Incredible complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt flavors; with a solid malt/bitterness balance, and no cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Slightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, creamy/silky/bready, and lightly sticky mouthfeel that is fantastic. Zero warming alcohol for 8%. Overall this is a fantastic NEDIPA! All around outstanding complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink for the ABV with the minimally bitter/drying finish. Amazingly soft feel. Amazing Mosaic/Citra showcase. Extremely juicy, and lightly dank/earthy hop complexity; perfectly balance pale/wheat malt backbone, not overly sweet/heavy for lingering dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and amazing style example despite lack of haze. Loved the hop profile as expected. Definitely has insane levels of dry hopping.

Catching up on some notes Can shared by Dave, thanks for the hookup. Hazy deep yellow in color with a thin white head. Its an odd mix of fruit and sunscreen that really doesn't work for me.

4 ounce sample at the source. It does have a Caribbean like feel to it. The coconut shows a lot with mild note of pineapple. Also maybe a papaya hint if I really search here. Mouth feels a little soupy. But a lot of IPA's seem to be like that in the year 2018. If you like coconut and pineapple, you will like this.

4 ounce sample at the brewery. A decent display of the hop. Light fruit, mild hints of melon, with a mild easy pine. Good mouthfeel in a very low bitterness. Weak juice charater. Respectable.

4 ounce sample at the brewery. Hands-down my favorite sample of the day. Flavor shows pomegranate, light yogurt, mild sour week. No acid. Nice pleasant pomegranate finish.

4 ounce sample at the source. Typical looking cloudy yellow IPA. Flavor is raw hop Pellets. Huge earthy pine and mild malt balance. Bitterness is of a strong IPA. Resin. This reminds me of a good home brew. I was really excited about visiting this brewery with my friends. And I heard really great things about this place. I guess the people in this area of New Hampshire don't get out much because I don't understand what the hype is about. Really strange hype around this brewery.

4 ounce sample at the source. Flavor shows me mild yeast, light citrus, and a slight peppery know in the finish. Body is again thin with a mild lingering peppery finish. Pretty normal and nothing that stands out to me here.

4 ounce sample at the source. Flavor on this beer is good. Mild earthy grass, weak fruit, and a very light easy bitterness. Mild hands of juice. Low bitterness. One of the better brews out of the 11 samples I had.

4 ounce taster at the source. Again another typical brewpub beer. Standard Amber ale. Like Caramel, weak fruit note, very weak indescribable hop finish.
