16 oz can. Aroma is nutty, woody, paint thinner, dried fruit, nearly burnt caramel, vanilla. Pours opaque brown with a half finger beige head that settles into a ring quickly. Taste is light to moderately sweet with nutty, caramel-tinged flavors. Not a typical barleywine at all. The chemical-ish off-note in the nose was slightly off-putting at first, but the flavors were nice enough to get me to overlook it. A good tasting beer overall.

Canned 5/5/25, drunk 7/13/25.
Heavily hazy, muted brass-maize. Large, off-white head, steadily to ring.
For Citra/El Dorado, this smells nicely spicy, rich, juicy and tropical. Not resinous or overly piney and not even all that much intense citrus. Some mineral and funk, with honey and white bread. Clean, no alcohol noted.
Soft, juicy lots of tropical fruit character. Orange juice, pine accents, mango, guava, papaya. Spicy finish with rich, pillowy pils malt. Clean and crisp/bright finish with satisfying attenuation.

Can from Greg & Jane's Beer and Wine. Cloudy dark yellow-light brown, no head or lacing. Aroma is strong citrus, mango, tangerine. Taste is strong mango, tangerine, citrus, light vanilla. Smooth, frothy texture, light bodied, dry finish as taste. OK.

16 oz can thank you Tom for the share. Aroma is bold mango mixed with lemon. The flavor reminds me of lemonade mixed with mango. Shows a mild hop bitterness. It is a touch abrasive for me personally.

Can from Greg & Jane's Beer and Wine. Cloudy dark yellow-light brown with ring of head, light lacing. Aroma is strong citrus, grapefruit, tropical fruit--generally as described. Taste follows aroma. Smooth texture, light bodied, soft carbonation and finish as taste. The tropical fruit nuances are less pronounced than the citrus/grapefruit but still quite good.

16 oz can thank you Tom for the share. Aroma is passion fruit-ish, pineapple-ish, light malt. The flavor follows with maybe a trace of Sabro. Texture is very juice and the Proto typical zero bitterness for the style. Nice!

Can, from Malt & Mold, Manhattan NYC (Apr 2024). Pours hazy dark yellow with a foamy off-white head, orangey aroma, adequate carbonation, mildly bitter orangey taste with mango, smooth body, long finish. Smooth and juicy.

Canned 5/15, drunk 7/9/25.
Moderately hazy, muted brass-blonde. Frothy, white head, medium-sized.
Earthy and with good cellar and musty notes and lots of leafy green, light spice, stone fruit and unripe tropical fruit. Really fun nose does indeed include bubble gum but it's light. Low acid, with a white bread-like maltiness.
Zesty spice, light bubble gum, with a bit of wood, dry citrus and light pine. Hint of toast, biscuit, caramel and otherwise white bread from the malt easily balances. Love the earthy character with tea and light dry hop. Some melon, even. Lingering sweetness with bubble gum. Nice throwback.

16 oz can from NJ Wine Seller, Green Brook, 7/8/25. Pours a fully hazy orange color with a thin head that dissipates quickly down to nothing. Sweet meaning, with pineapple, grapefruit, some mangonion, and a little orange juice. Pretty good fell. Tasty overall. Not top of style or anything, but it's solid stuff.
