4 ounce sample at the source. Flavor shows me lemon, honey, a light Herb, and a very crisp finish. Note of fruit. It was brewed properly. Clean finish.

4 ounce sample at the source. Typical looking cloudy yellow IPA. Flavor is raw hop Pellets. Huge earthy pine and mild malt balance. Bitterness is of a strong IPA. Resin. This reminds me of a good home brew. I was really excited about visiting this brewery with my friends. And I heard really great things about this place. I guess the people in this area of New Hampshire don't get out much because I don't understand what the hype is about. Really strange hype around this brewery.

4 ounce sample at the source. Flavor shows me mild yeast, light citrus, and a slight peppery know in the finish. Body is again thin with a mild lingering peppery finish. Pretty normal and nothing that stands out to me here.

4 ounce sample at the source. Flavor on this beer is good. Mild earthy grass, weak fruit, and a very light easy bitterness. Mild hands of juice. Low bitterness. One of the better brews out of the 11 samples I had.

4 ounce taster at the source. Again another typical brewpub beer. Standard Amber ale. Like Caramel, weak fruit note, very weak indescribable hop finish.

4 ounce taser class at the source. The aroma was really great. Unfortunately the flavor falls real short of the aroma. Very mild blueberry with a wheat finish. Body is quite thin. Real typical fruited wheat brewpub beer.

4 ounce sample taster at the source. Flavor shows mild lemon, light lemongrass, mild winter green, with a light honey Malt base. Not the classic German Hefe here at all. Hard for me to call this a Hefeweizen. More like a herbal Amercian wheat ale.

4 ounce sample at the source. A near pitch black collar. Aroma and flavor are identical. Mild roasted malt, light chocolate, a larger Pine hop profile. Reminds me more of a black IPA rather than a stout

Light haze. Dark yellow. Smells like orange juice. Thick mouthfeel. Has a flavor of those emergen-C effervescent tablets. Chalky soapy and citrus finish

Filtered yellow one finger head. Hmmm. This is pretty tasty. Crisp, lemon, banana, wheat, apricot. Smells very clean. Tasty
