Draught at the brewery, 6/30 and crowler drunk 8/14/18.
While the beer was awesome and so good that I chose a crowler of it to take home, it was nothing compared to the actual aged crowler. At a whopping 7 weeks old, the thing still poured a perma-hazed copper-brass with a glorious amount of well-retained, off-white head.
Expecting the worst, but instead it smells absolutely wonderfully hoppy. Lush, mineral-rich, with tons of Galaxy spice, well-attenuated, biscuity malts and plentiful, but well-lagered, papaya-melon-mango-like yeast and hop interplay. Juicy as all hell, with rustic, earthy and funky Galaxy notes, as well as lime-mango, pineapple, white wine and more spice on the end. Ultra-tight carbonation, a supple, malty texture and no resin, flaw or alcohol. A real delight to drink and it went down very easily for 8%. These guys obviously know what's up with NE IPAs. Very impressed with the perma-haze on the 7 week cold fridge rested crowler.

Light blonde-golden, minimally hazy, with a small white head sitting lightly at cover.
Soft and fruity with tons of grain, hay, straw-like cereal and light biscuit from the malt. Grassy hops with low amounts of unwanted esters and phenols. Lots of pepper and just a bit of bubble gum and pineapple on the finish.
In the mouth it's soft, shows good malt depth and attenuation with light but engaging carbonation and no alcohol or flaw. White pepper, light bubble gum and lots of nectarine with hints of honey and more herbal hops on the finish.

Bright, raspberry-red body shows a strong cloudiness with a small, pink-tinged, off-white head showing moderate-to-low retention.
Very well-attenuated raspberry is seedy and peppery, not terribly aromatic, with a strong wheat-like nuttiness behind it and moderate amounts of lactic acidity that shows varying degrees of integration with the beer.
In the mouth it's soft, wheat-heavy, chewy and rather heavily nutty in flavor with lots of cream of wheat-like character leading to lightly tart lactic acid and seedy, peppery raspberry. Thin on the end, somewhat, with peppery carbonation. Nothing off here and it's perfectly drinkable, but just a bit bland and abruptly finishing.
