Can from Holiday Market. Pours a murky grayish brown with no head. Muddy hop aromas without much character. Oxidized badly. Flat with no flavors at all and that awful dirty dish water color. It's a shame since I like the hop bill on this. Canning issues it seems.

From a 16 oz. can. Pours black with a tan head. Aromas of cinnamon, cocoa and vanilla. Flavors are sweetened coffee.

16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned in 7/2019. Pours fairly crystal clear deep golden amber/light copper color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and rocky off white head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice dense foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big tangerine, grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, apricot, mango, melon, red apple, passion fruit, raspberry, strawberry, gooseberry, currants, white grape/wine, citrus peel/zest, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, spicy rye, white bread dough, toasted biscuit, light nutty, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt notes; with big strength. Taste of big tangerine, grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, apricot, mango, melon, red apple, passion fruit, raspberry, strawberry, gooseberry, currants, white grape/wine, citrus peel/zest, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, spicy rye, white bread dough, toasted biscuit, light nutty, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness; and rye spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, apricot, mango, melon, red apple, passion fruit, berries, currants, white grape/wine, citrus peel/zest, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, spicy rye, white bread dough, toasted biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and no lingering hop astringency after the finish. Fairly crisp/clean finishing. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium-plus carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy/sticky, and fairly resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 8.2%. Overall this is a delicious imperial Brut IPA. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and fairly crisp/clean/refreshing to drink with the modestly bitter/drying finish; not aggressive for the style. Very nice Barbe Rouge, Hallertau Blanc, & Nelson Sauvin profile. Pretty weird at first with the Barbe Rouge dark berry intensity, but it grew on me. Very juicy, vibrant, dank, and earthy balanced hop complexity; with a great clean pils/rye/vienna/wheat malt backbone. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp dryness. A very enjoyable offering, and well made style example.

Amazing complexity, robustness, and balance of dark/roast/bready malts, cocoa, cinnamon, vanilla, coconut, coffee, and light fruity yeast/earthy hop flavors; with an awesome hop/roast bitter/sweet and cinnamon spiciness balance; with no cloying, acrid, astringent flavors after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering hop/roast bitterness and cinnamon spiciness after the finish. Medium carbonation and fairly full body; with a very smooth, creamy/silky/bready, and lightly sticky/chalky mouthfeel that is fantastic. Minimal warming alcohol for 10%. Overall this is an amazing spiced pastry stout! All around incredible complexity, robustness, and balance of dark/roast/bready malts, cocoa, cinnamon, vanilla, coconut, coffee, and light fruity yeast/earthy hop flavors; very smooth and dangerously easy to drink for the big ABV, with the mildly bitter/spicy/drying finish; amazingly soft/silky feel. Amazing balance between rich oats/malts, cocoa, cinnamon, vanilla, coconut, and fruity/nutty coffee complexity; with mild earthy hops and restrained fruity yeast. Not overly sweet/heavy from lingering dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and amazingly spot on style example. Their best beer yet.

All around great citrus/fruity/earthy hops, pineapple, jalapeno, and moderate bready malt flavors; very smooth, easy, and fairly crisp to drink with the modestly bitter/spicy/drying finish; not aggressive. Nice pepper presence, but not overwhelming on any aspect. Feels like Columbus, Centennial, Amarillo. Very juicy, vibrant, and fairly dank/earthy hops/fruit; with a nice balancing bready malt backbone. Mild residual sweetness with lingering resins/pepper spice. Well attenuated for the ABV from the rice. A very enjoyable offering, and impressive style example. Great classic hop profile, that complements the fruit/peppers perfectly.

Can at Black Christmas 2018
Hazy blond colour. Nice grassy hop aroma. The mouthfeel is lean but not too dry, pale malt base, and some citrus, juice, grassy hop.
Excellent, very clean, powerful.

16 oz. can, pours a clear copper golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out light champagne yeast, a little celery, and some biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of celery, subdued hops, and biscuity malt. Too much celery. Not good.
