Sample at the Feast of Saint Arnold. Pours a hazy, yellow color, with a big, bubbly, white head. Light orange juice aroma, with some cloves, refined sugar, and chalk. Sweet, with a sharp, citrusy bitterness. Light to medium body, and quite acidic. Quality hazy IPA, with a good bitter kick.

Sample at Collaboration Fest on 03/25/2017. Cloudy reddish-peach color with a medium bone white head that diminishes gradually to a film. Sticky small patches of lace. Tropical fruit, hops and malt in the nose. Medium body with flavors of grapefruit, melon, resiny hops and malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a juicy fruity hops aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

On tap at the brewery in a flight. Pours a pale, hazy, yellow color, with a big, foamy, white head. The nose is lemon zest, sage, basil, raw oak, and strong juniper. Sweet and herbal, with a pretty good, mellow bitterness. Medium body, mildly astringent, grainy, and crisp. This is a pretty solid example, and surprisingly balanced and easy.

On tap at the brewery in a flight. Pale, clear, copper color, with a small, beige head. The nose is caramel, syrup, pine sap, and butter toffee. Sticky sweet, with a very hefty bitterness that lingers through the finish. Very heavy body, syrupy, sticky, and chewy. This is a strong, hoppy barley wine. Some time would mellow out the hop bitterness and allow the malts to shine. Quite enjoyable!

On tap at the brewery in a flight. Pours a cloudy brown color, with a small, beige head. The nose is strong tart cherries, caramel, maple, and lime. Sweet and fruity, with a mild, satisfying tart bite. Medium body, a little flat, with an acidic feel. This is a very sweet and delicious beer. The additions in the genus add quite a lot.

Sampled at the Feast of Saint Arnold. Pours a dar, hazy orange color, with no appreciable head. The nose is butterscotch, some light raspberries, vanilla, lemon zest, and cloves. Sweet, with a hint of bitterness and just a touch of fruity tartness. Light to medium body, creamy, acidic, and sticky. This is a strangely fruit wheat, with some nice complexity and a good, chewy mouthfeel.
