Description
Our name draws inspiration from the huge skies where endless mountains melt into clouds on the horizon. This might seem odd considering the fact that we are smack in the middle of the flatlands in Oklahoma City, but our founder Joel Irby (an Oklahoma native) spent 10 years perfecting his brewing craft at breweries in Boulder, Colorado. The urge eventually hit to open up his own spot, and with Oklahoma City’s recent growth and proximity to family it was the perfect place to make this dream a reality. We opened our doors in the summer of 2017.

Next time I'm in OKC I definitely gotta visit stonecloud, this is surprisingly great given the average rating, it's double stacked + blueberry muffin but better and raspberry instead of blueberry which I'd say is superior IMO. Really solid pancake vibes.

16 oz can. Crystal clear yellow appearance! Aroma is onion and fresh cut grass. The Mosaic hop is a lot more forward than the Citra. Massive grassy / onion. The positive aspect about this IPA is the crisp and refreshing texture. I guess this is a cold conditioned IPA? What the hell is a cold IPA?

Can. Pours clear golden orange, medium creamy off white head, great lacing. Aroma is bread, grass, corn. Flavor is light sweet, medium bitter. A bit of an odd aftertaste. Medium body.

16 oz. Aroma has notes of syrup, coffee, whiskey, raspberry, caramel, licorice, cinnamon. Pours black with a thin tan head that falls into a ring quickly. Taste is highly sweet and fairly boozy with flavors like the aroma. Somewhat oily mouthfeel with soft carbonation. I thought it was overly boozy at first but it started to grow on me. It really is too sweet though.

Barrel on barrel on barrel, basically bourbon brownies, hard on the sweet bourbon nose and lingering vanilla bourbon finish that screams full proof deliciousness. Thanks Omar S. ! Willet reserve, yes please!

16 oz can gifted by Matt. Thanks! No sign of carb opening this can, so I was a little skeptical here. Aroma full of mixed berries and touches of vinegar. Tart dark berry constant. Has a sweet and sour side to it. Juicy and jammy. Lingering blue and blackberry dessert linger. Flavors are a little odd overall, but this was a fun and unique brew.

16oz can pours out hazy golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice sweet tropical fruit citrus hops. Taste is more of the nice tropical fruit citrus hops and a light malt.

16oz can from Tavour. Orange hazy pour, thin creamy white head. Fruity, tropical and citrus aroma, bitterness. Taste is hoppy, green, earthy, citric, tropical fruit, a real cornucopia of flavors. Bitterness continues through to the finish.
