Sampled at the 2013 Chicago Cider Summit. Pours nearly watery with a earthy yellow hue and no head. Aroma has slightly tart apples with an underlying earthiness. Flavor has tart apple that has a growing dryness and just a hint of earthy apple in the finish.

Sampled at the 2013 Chicago Cider Summit. Pours a clear amber gold with no head at all. Aroma has a good amount of dry apple with a slight bit of tannic dryness, but a bit meek. Flavor is similar with slightly tart and quite dry green apple but dies of a touch in the finish.

Sampled at the 2013 Chicago Cider Summit. Pours a clear shocking pink with no head whatsoever. Aroma has dry apple with slight cinnamon coming over the top. Flavor has a nice combination of lightly tart apple and cinnamon that is surprisingly note overpowering.

750 mL bottle. Pours a very pale clear straw. Light sweet red apple aroma. Flavor is again light, white grape, red apple, pear, has a sweetness but dry finish, making the perceived sweetness level rather nice. Straightforward, well-balanced, and in the end pretty good.
