Description
Winery located on Leelanau Peninsula, approximately 15 miles north of Traverse City. Producing sparkling wines exclusively.

Our goal has always been to produce the finest wines possible. We strive to make wines that express the unique soil and climate in which they grow, the personal attention they are given in vineyard and wine cellar, and the winegrower’s esthetic. Our wines are living things, raised with care, giving voice to our joie de vivre.

Delicious! Tart green/crisp/sharp apples/fruit peel/hay/herbal/grass/yeast earth; lt pepper/funk. Bone dry, foamy/high carb finish. Lt lingering acid/tannins. Refreshingly smooth. Spot on dry cider, no harshness. Great fruit complexity/earthy yeast notes.

Delicious! Tart green/sharp/crisp apples/fruit peel/herbal/grass/yeast earth/lt pepper. Bone dry; foamy/crisp carb. Lingering acids/tannins. Easy drinking. Great fruit complexity/balance. Spot on dry cider. No harshness. Lower carb would have been better.
