Bottle at Craft Beer Co, thanks to Mike. It pours deep golden yellow, with a medium white head. The nose is sulphurous, manure, poop, sweet undertones and dough. The taste is lightly tart, barnyard, spice, metallic, dark brown bread, underlying sweetness, toast, creaminess and ripe feta cheese. Medium body, fine, prickly carbonation and velvety mouth-feel. Interesting.....but doesn’t smell particularly nice!

50cl bottle labeled Mom and Pop’s Wet Hop Lager. Pours a clear orange with one ring of foamy head. Nose is very mild, yeasty, bready, lemon, earthy, lightly floral. Flavor is sweet, lightly malty, herbal, lightly floral, some dried lemons, orange zest, white bread crusts, dough. Medium bodied, lightly sweet finish. Fairly pedestrian.

50cl bottle pours a slightly hazy, deep gold color with some frothy, white head. Nose gave me flashbacks of grabbing my dad a beer as a kid. Pretty sure he never drank anything this good. Big yeasty, malty aroma invites you right in, honey, sugary malt, orange, rye bread, some caraway seed, some light pine, a little lemon. The nose doesn’t really reveal totally the delicious hoppiness of the flavor. The flavor is perfectly balanced, sweet oranges, candied lemon peel, light grapefruit, sugary malt, honey, bread dough, spicy rye. Medium bodied, dry, citrus, spicy finish. With this was local for me because I would buy it by the case.

Bottle shared at the Craft Beer Co., Clerkenwell, London - many thanks to Mike for this one. Pours lightly hazy, bright gold with a big, white froth head. Well and funky on the nose, some horseblanket, doughy malts. Light sweet flavor with big brett funk, some sweat, faint dry dirt. Light to medium bodied with average, creamy carbonation. Moderately sweet to finish, great sweaty funk, light dryness. Very solid and highly drinkable. Well done.

50cl bottle pours a transparent, bright orange with some fluffy white head that faded fast. Aromas of dried leaves, malt, bread, crackers, a little bit of lemony tea, some honey. Flavor is classic marzen, malty, sweet, crackers, bread, yeast, some light lemon, a little bit of orange zest, more of that lemony tea, some parsnip. Medium bodied, dry finish. Classic.

16 oz. bottle paid $3.99. Used a mug Can you guess the color?? Yes, a hazy copper with nice head retention. Laced the mug well. Nose is weak with a German type hop and mild malt. Palate is clean and smooth with a hop crispness in the finish. Malt is balanced with the hops nicely; palate has a nice liveliness from the carbonation. Well made brew.
