375mL bottle, pours a clear yellow. Nose is like pure apple juice, barely a whiff of alcohol. Flavour is very hot, indeed more like a fortified fruit wine than an ice cider, with sweet apples, liqueur, and loads of alcohol. Syrupy, cloyingly sweet, and boozy as hell. Not at the level of complexity of real ice ciders, but still a pleasant slow, slow sipper.

2010 Vintage. 375mL bottle, pours a clear pale yellow with a few bubbles of head. Nose brings out rich caramlized apples, a tiny touch of cinnamon, and low sweetness hinting at a rather dry ice cider. Flavour is typical for an ice cider, with lots of caramelized apples, a touch of cinnamon and low-to-medium sweetness (for an ice cider). Complex, balanced and a wonderful sipper. Pretty typical for the style but well executed. Excellent.

Pale green, aroma has a lot of alcohol, has a light pear character, a quick finish and is a bit underwhelming overall.

375mL bottle, pours a crystal clear pale blonde with no head. Nose is quite exotic, with lots of the Asian pear coming out upfront, with some subtler spices and a bit of sweetness in the back. Flavour brings out a wonderful mix of creme caramel, honey, and spicy pear. Finishes somewhat sweet, but nowhere close to cloying and with a very slight but pronounced acidity. Nice warming effect as well. Haven't had an ice cider like this one, but it's quite exquisite. Excellent stuff.

Bottle. Pale yellow colour with no head. Aroma is pear, spices, tropical fruit. Flavour is alcohol, pear, sugar, tropicall frui. Nice one.
