Bottle. A hazy brown beer with a small off-white head. Burnt, roasted aroma with some nuts, bread, toffee and a sourish hint. It's quite heavily carbonated, medium to full-bodied and semi-dry. Some bitterness. Roasted malts, bread crust, chocolate and some coffee, hints of nuts and caramel. A light grassy, piney hoppy and bitter finish towards the mostly malty finish. Way too much carbonation going on here, else it's a decent beer for food pairing. 241201
