NOV-2018. Batch 2, draft at Lumencraft Pub. Cloudy bright amber, off-white creamy head. The aroma is fresh white bread and generic/canned fruit, nice wheat beer like juiciness. Don't get any juniper though. The taste is also a generic juicy kind of wheat ale - bready and fruity. There's a nice spruce like bitterness in the aftertaste - must/might be the juniper - but no gin like juniper flavours. Overall, a nice chewy and quenching brew, without strong flavour accents. 6-4-7-4-14=3,5
DEC-2017. Draft at the Chișinău Airport. Very faint fruity sugary aroma, hard to get any juniper. The taste is sweet bready, biscuits, pleasant abrasive body, some juniper/gin like spice in the finish. A little cloying (underattenuated), otherwise - Ok. 6-4-6-4-13=3,3

Draft at the Chișinău Airport. Clear deep brown, ruby highlights, beige head. Nice dank hops and some chocolate muffins. Similar taste - good balance between hops and rounded chocolate flavour. Moderate roasty and hoppy bitterness. Very nice.

DEC-2019. Fresh batch. Deep black, mocha head. Dark chocolate, some treacle, very light spicy roasty and tannic notes that add complexity to the sugars. Very low sweetness - just a hint of dark sugars upfront, immediately trampled by a dry mix of winey tannins, oaky spice and crisp herbal hops. The body is smooth and clean - probably, too much so - almost lageresque - some chewy creaminess wouldn't hurt. 3,7/5.
MAR-2019. Hazy dark brown, mocha head. The aroma is bitter chocolate, slightly sweetened cocoa pie filling, nice gentle winy spice/tannins and a dash of spicy hops. Similar taste, well balanced towards soft spicy and roasty notes with only a little glazing sugars for balance. Moderate spicy bitterness with almost no residual sugars in the aftertaste. Medium body. Could use some more velvet in the texture. A nice solid true porter.
DEC-2017. Draft at Chișinău Airport. Deep brown, seems slightly hazy, humble head. The aroma does not jump on you - cold sweetened coffee, chocolate muffins, some red wine? The taste is medium sweet and roasty, some winy astringency with hops thrown in. Not the smoothest porter, but yeah, ok. 3,2/5.

DRAFT at Taproom 27. Hazy amber, off-white head. Fresh grapefruit and pine, some bread but not much biscuit - nice and clean, no surprise. Dry hoppy taste, hint of fruity caramel, dry piney bitterness. Again, nice and clean.

TAP at Smokehouse. Cloudy amber, small head. Fruity caramel, some cookies and fruit cake, a little winey booze. Similar taste, rich and fruity malty. The spicy boozy (but also hoppy) heat is there, not at all brutal and of an appropriate magnitude given the high ABV. Not rich and exquisite enough for a sweet strong sipper, not crisp and easy going to be a good Strong Belgian Golden, but still a decent strongie.

Keg at Smokehouse, Chişinau. Cloudy pale amber, small head. Light banana and grain up front. Mid sweet with light-medium body and clean mouthfeel. Sharp grains, some water. Low bitterness. Basic.

Keg at Taproom 27, Chişinau. Clear brownish amber, mid sized head. Grapefruity nose with some orchids. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Grapefruit and notes of caramel. Mid bitter finish. Very solid.

Keg at Chişinau Airport. Almost clear golden, small head Rich aroma of papaya and passionfruit. Mid dry with light body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Apricots and papaya, notes of guava. Crisp slender, somewhat oily malt. Mid bitter finish. Refreshing and well made.

Almost clear dark amber, beige head. Smells of orange and lemon pith, some bread but no sugars, not much Jasmine or anything flowery either. Simlar taste - some tart citrus, quite dry very little perceived malts, firm but smooth pithy and piney bitterness. No Jasmine, but very nice otherwise.
