Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, rye, pale malt, sweet malt, flowers, pine, bread, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Sample, thanks fonefan! Clear amber, small head. Aroma of rose water and caramel. Mid sweet with light to medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Caramel and rose water. Low bitterness. Interesting floral notes, but where does IPA come into play?

Bottle 37,5 cl. Pours an almost clear deep golden with a small, off-white head. Odd, unclean herbal aroma. Not exactly off-putting but not really pleasant either. Medium body, fruity, grassy, slightly herbal with a rather bitter finish. A beer I would happily live without for the rest of my life. 100321

Bottle @ Home. Pours clear dark amber with a fading offwhite head. Aroma of malt, caramel, brown sugar, spices, little orange. Flavor is sweet, light bitter, malty, caramel, brown sugar, x-mas spices, little orangepeel. Medium body, average to lively carbonation, sweet light bitter spicy finish. 080221

Bottle. Pours dark murky chestnut brown with huge offwhite head. Aroma is malt, grain, caramel, sugar, syrup, sour apples and lemon. Taste is medium to very sweet, light bitter and light acidic. Body is oily with medium carbonation. Finish is long and mostly sweet with notes of malt, caramel, honey, syrup lemon, bread, biscuit and hints of liquorice. A bit too sweet but otherwise a nice low ABV beer.

Bottle 37,5 cl. Pours a clear amber with a somewhat fizzy and dissipating, off-white head. Heavy aroma of Xmas or pumpkin pie spices. Medium body, some sweet caramel notes, Bastogne biscuits and again a massive load of Xmas spices. Not overly sweet as it ends fairly dry - luckily or it would've been extremely cloying. It certainly has Xmas written al over it. 110121
