Backlog June 2009 as WitBier 4,8 % ABV. Cloudy yellow orange body under a small off-white head. Mild citric fruity aroma with some banana. Mild and light fruity taste, drinkable but a bit anonymous. Medium body and short aftertaste.

Bottle, 75cl corked. A mostly clear golden colored beer with a small white head. Flowery, woody, lightly citrusy aroma with a light malty touch. Fruityness and some hay. It's full to medium bodied, with a gentle carbonation and some bitterness. Hay, pale malts, fruityness and a flowery touch in the flavor. Lasting finish. A decent one, nothing more. 230825

Bottle, 75cl corked. A lightly hazy golden colored beer with a big, quite fluffy white head. Nice lacing. The aroma is on the Belgian fruity side, lightly grassy and peppery. Peach, apple, alcohol, some bready malts and a touch of dried apricot. It's full bodied and nicely carbonated, semi dry and with a decent bitterness. Some alcohol warmth too. Fruity flavor with pepper hints, hints of herbs and grass, bready malts and some dried fruits. Lasting finish. Sure a decent brew in the Belgian style, but there's not much IPA going on. Drinks nice. 230818

Bottle, 6.2%. Weak fruity and citric aroma. Almost clear pale yellow colour. Very big stable white head. Flavour of light malts, elderflower, fresh yeast. A subtle flavour, but not bad.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is oregano, some herbal and mild earthy notes. Flavour is oregano, herbs, grains and mild earthy tones.
