Bottle, 6.0%. One year past BB date. Caramelly aroma, still a hint of refreshing hops. Dark amber colour, lots of small floating bits. Small stable tan head. The flavour is caramelly with a little spicy note in the finish. OK bitterness. 6 3 6 3 13

Bottled. Dark brown, almost black and with a small, tan head. Lovely roasted aroma with coffee and chocolate. The flavor is a bit disappointing, compared to what the aroma suggests, with quite weak flavor of coffee, roasted malt and chocolate. It has a full body and a roasted finish. Rating: 8-4-7-4-14-3.7. (060616)
Bottle, 66cl. It pours a dark brown body, topped by a creamy beige head. Coffee and chocolate in the aroma, very smooth. Coffeeish, roasted flavor with chocolate and just a faint bitterness. It gets a little boring actually. Smoot, dry mouthfeel, with a roasted finish. A quite nice one, but it might need something to eat to present itselves properly. (090213)

Bottled. Hazy, orange beer with an off-white head. The aroma is mostly roasted malt, almost like coffee-grit. Weak flavor, quite roasted, with caramel and hops. Medium body and a long hoppy finish. I usually like dunkelweizens, but this one didn’t suit me. (060616)

Deep amber colour. Fine malty aroma with caramel and nuts. Flavour is sweet and malty ending in a nice medium bitter and quite long finish. Alcohol is clearly present in a nice sense.
