An orange beer with an OK, but collapsing orange head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of peaches and pine needles, like walking in a summer forrest. The flavor is malty with notes of caramel, but also peaches, soap, and earth from pine forrest.

A hazy orange beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with a distinct flower character. The flavor is sweet malty with primary notes from the yeast, but also with light notes of hops, leading to a short lived bitter finish.

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Week malty aroma. Not too powerfull flavor, average metallic finish. Oily palate, but I think this is just a normal bock.

Bottled. Clear, reddish-brown, with a nice, creamy beige head. Hoppy aroma with some dried fruit and alcohol. Intense hoppy flavor, with fruitiness, malty sweetness and some alcohol. Full, astringent mouthfeel. It has a long hoppy finish. (060704)

Bottle. Slightly fruity and spicy aroma. Pale yellow colour, small white head. Citric flavour, some bandaid which turns me off.

Bottle. Cloudy dark golden colour. Big, quite stable white head. The flavour is not very wheaty, but the mouthfeel is.

Bottled. Dark brown, almost black and with a small, tan head. Lovely roasted aroma with coffee and chocolate. The flavor is a bit disappointing, compared to what the aroma suggests, with quite weak flavor of coffee, roasted malt and chocolate. It has a full body and a roasted finish. Rating: 8-4-7-4-14-3.7. (060616)

Bottle, 66cl. It pours a dark brown body, topped by a creamy beige head. Coffee and chocolate in the aroma, very smooth. Coffeeish, roasted flavor with chocolate and just a faint bitterness. It gets a little boring actually. Smoot, dry mouthfeel, with a roasted finish. A quite nice one, but it might need something to eat to present itselves properly. (090213)
