On tap at Cph Beerfestival. Yellow-orange, hazy beer with some white bubbles around the rim. Yeasty aroma with a bit sourness, spices, fruits and some candy-like notes. Apple, citrus, banana-notes and hops in the flavor. Dry finish with banana and some spiceyness. Medium, lightly sticky body. The alcohol is hidden, so be careful. (060519)

On tap at Cph Beerfestival. Orange-brown and unclear beer without carbonation and with an off-white head. Hop-fruity aroma up front, with malt and some spices coming through. Hop-dominated flavor with citrus, pinecones and some spiceyness. Medium body with sweetness and hops in the finish. Quite long and bitter finish. Not much tripel-like, but I guess that wasn’t the intention either. (060519)

Hazy brown with white head. Dominated by malts and lot of hops. Medium carbonation. a little warm from the alcohol. Finish is quite long and has a fine bite of bitterness. Good!

Amber coloured with a large, dense head. Malty aroma with notes of toffee and red currants. Sweet, malty flavour with notes of red berries and liquorice. Surprisingly light body. Goes down very easy.

A hazy orange beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet malty and yeasty with some lighter notes of spices. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of oranges, as well as lesser notes of spices, where anise and peber are most distinctive. Nice beer for the style and the brewery.

Draught. Very citric hop aroma with a bit of spice. Very cloudy pale orange colour. Small stable head. Citric hoppiness to flavour. Good bitterness with an astringent aftertaste which gets quite rough.

Nut brown with very little white head. By appearance this looks boring but overall this is actually alright. The cascade hops makes this very pleasant - bitter, though its the only thing you can smell and taste. Finish is quite good, but again it could need a shot of something!

Draught at Københavnske Øldage 2006. Hazy golden colour with a small white head. Spicy fruity aroma with some hints of yeast and coriander. Sweet malty spicy flavor. Long sweet spicy aftertaste.
