75cl bottle from a shop deep within the grounds of Chateau de Chantilly. Shared with Soph on a sunny evening in England. Pours clear gold, thin white head, aroma has clear fleshy golden medium apple fruit. Taste is crisp, clear fleshy fruit, good vibrant clarity of flavours. Excellent cidre brut.

75cl bottle from a shop deep within thr grounds of Chantilly Castle. Drunk at our AirBnB in Lamorlaye. Pours a clear deep gold, lasting white ring atop. Aroma of golden pure apple fruit. Taste has stewed apples, caramel, sugar good pure juice with a light dusting of tannins. Nice flavoursome doux.
