New year, new label. Very carbonated. Sweet apple, tobacco, a touch of funk. Lovely mix between fruit and tannins, soft berries as well. Medium dry. Good.

Bottle shared at home, bought somewhere in France. Rusty golden with bubbles in a ring. Red apple peels, rusty peels, gone brown peels. Musty yellow mealy ones. Old loafers. Gunpowder. Blood. Saucey red apple feel with very dry edges. Moderate sweet and bitter, mini tart edge. Bottle shared thanks to sjogro! Clear dark golden with small bubbles. Deep funk, dry apple peel, red apple, light leather, oak, strawberries, cloves, farmyard funk, crisp juicy apple. Under medium sweet, lighter tart and bitter. Over light bodied with very nice soft sparkly carbonation and quite dry finish. Juicy, funky and dry at the same time. I like it.

75cl bottle from the producer. Pours an unclear golden amber, small persistent white head. Aroma has some vibrant orchard apple fruit, floral notes. Taste bears some fruity fleshy apple fruit, soft tannins, some stewed apple notes rounded off with an apple core bitterness. Very fruity, very good cider from the Pays D'Auge region of Normandy.

75cl bottle from the producer. Pours a golden orange, thin white ring head that remains. Dusty cider barn aroma, fleshy apple fruit. Fleshy, raw apple fruit ruling the taste with a sour edge and a soft tannic presence. Good carbonation verging on spritzy. Sharp, flavoursome, fruity and refreshing.

75cl bottle from the producer. Pours clear gold. Aroma has funky perry fruit. Light spritz on the palate. Characterful perry pear fruit shining through, a little sticky but retaining a nice luscious sticky pear character, drying close. It's really quite baffling why Danish raters seem intent on rating every cider / perry so poorly, especially good perries like this one.

Bottle @ Papsø. Pours a very pale yellow color with a very small off-white head. Has a fruity pear aroma. Fruity and slightly sweetish pear flavor. Has a sweetish fruity pear finish.

Bottled. A hazy light golden perry with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of pears and vinegar. The flavor is sweet with notes of cinnamon and pears, leading to a tart perry finish.
