75cl @ Normandy. Pours cloudy Dark Golden with a small White head and lacings. Quite some sulphur which I succeded to vanish after twirling instantly. Sweet red Apples and wood beneath. Medium bodied with a dry finish.

Bottle @ Ratebeer Odense Winter Tasting, part 2, 2024, Rosenørnsvej. Pours Pale unclear yellow with fading bubbles. Extreme egg fart. Phenols. Flavor is slightly better. Adding green Apple and pear.
Ratebeer Odense. Black and sour in November. Pale yellow with a disappearing white head. Aroma of fruit, with strong sulphur. Dry and slightly tart fruity flavour with pear and a tannic dry finish.
Ratebeer Odense, November Tasting. Cloudy golden with a disappearing white head. Light funky aroma with apple peel and sulphur. Sweet apple juice flavour with dry wood and light sulphur.

75cl bought in Normandie at producer. Pours hazy deep Golden with a small fizzy head. Sweet and juicy red Apples. A touch of Wood. Very dry. A touch of sulphur. Quite charming and one could drink quite a bit.

Vintage 2022. Dark golden, slight hazy. Sweet apple, leathery, light earthy, apricot. It’s very fruity, but also quite tannic and definitely with a tough cider character. Medium sweet, solid medium dry. Very good.

Bottle. Clear light golden. Funky pear, cloves, laurier, leafy, mineral, dry cellar funk. Under medium sweet and sour. Crisp dry body. Quite good.
