500ml @ Ryan's shared with Josh and Phill.
Aroma: mix of Brett and cherries with some bready notes.
Taste: along the same lines. Noticeably bitter apparently.
Overall: ok.

Poured from 500mL bottle (2024 vintage). Hazed light amber brown with small off white head. Quite dry and bretty upfront, doesn't leave much else to the imagination. Some very feint hints of caramel malt. Okay.

Clear, bright golden yellow color with a small white head; aroma of pine, jam; somewhat smooth palate, rich, balanced flavor with a long, medium bitter finish, very nice

Pale and opaque. Lots of nelson on the nose, malt base is on the weak side but lots of nelson so if you are a nelson whore this is a fantastic beer.

On tap at Ferment, pours a clear golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma has some estery notes, rustic saison yeast, and minimal bubblegum. Flavour is reasonably dry and not overly estery, but still doesn’t express the yeast properly; it’s dry enough but under-carbed and lacking complexity. It’s okay.

On tap at Ferment, pours a clear dull golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle earthy, piney hops and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour has lots of woody resins, piney hops, a touch of citrus, and crisp biscuity malt. Great hop expression—must be a nice C-hop mix. Excellent.

On tap at Ferment, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has lots of Belgian yeast esters, along with resinous hops, and light sweet malt. Flavour is clumsy, with citrusy hops that aren’t well expressed with that estery Belgian yeast. Cool experiment but this is messy and all over the place. Doesn’t work.

On tap at Ferment, pours a clear reddish brown with a small beige head. Aroma has dry, earthy, dusty cocoa powder, and subtle toasted malt. Flavour is dry, with earthy notes, toasted malt, and a tiny hint of cocoa powder. Smooth palate, nothing offensive, just nothing special.
