Bottle from Biocoop shared. Slight hazy light amber. Crisp dry apple, oak, apricot, leather, cranberries, green apple peel. Light sweet and bitter. Medium bodied, very dry with lots of tannins. Tasty and very dry, nice!

Bottle. Clear golden. Leathery, funky dry apple, green apple, hay, fresh twigs. A bit ‘green’ and dusty, not very sweet or fruity, light tart and bitter. Crisp medium bodied, solid medium dry. Nice one.

75cl bottle from the producer. Pours an unclear orange, light, moderately sweet apple juice on the nose. Taste presents bright medium-sweet apple fruit with initially very faint, soft, furry textures. Soft acidic tang, but generally quite clean and light with breezy sour hints. Nice, well-rounded but ultimately quite light and dry.

75cl bottle. Pours a clear gold, thin white bubbles that persist. Aroma of woody, fleshy apple fruit. Taste presents a nice fleshy fruit character, hints of wild woody farmhouse funk, dusty tannins with spritzy bubbles. Plenty going on. Not bad.
