375ml bottle I picked up at the brewery. #42/450. Pours an oily black with some cloudy, beige head. Nose is malty, molasses, mild smoke, a little roasted mushroom, rubber, pencil lead. Flavor has some more breadiness, malt, toast, heavy molasses, pencil lead, raisin, mild smoke. Full bodied finish.

4oz pour at the Northern Virginia BrewFest. Poured a clear golden color, some light haze on it, with a large white head. Aroma was some light peppery malt notes, some citrus, candi sugar. Flavor was light fruity yeast notes, some earthy hops. A touch of citrus in there. Alcohol pretty well masked.

A lot of barrel in this one that dominates the beer. Very bitter finish, exaggerated by oak. Roast and dark chocolate evident but bourbon rules. Black pour with ok head and lacing. Tap at brewpub thanks to Gendv138.

Very cool. Tastes more like a Belgian than an IPA with the Agave syrup. Lots of florals as well. Soft carbonation, light sweet finish. Some booze here. Tap at brewpub.
