Draught @ 2015 Red Eye Cider Festival, The Salopian Bar, Shrewsbury. Pours a rusty copper orange with a musty orchard fruit aroma. Taste is a soft apple fruitiness with minimal tannic presence. Not bad at all.

Polycask @ The Bree Louise, 69 Coburg Street, Euston, London, England NW1 2HH. [ As London Cider Copper Beech ].Clear medium amber orange color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate apple, fruity apples, sweet apples, light earthy. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, spicy apples, sweet apples, earthy notes. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. Bag in Box @ Bree Louise, Euston NW1. Pours a clear golden color with no head. Has a fruity spicy ripe apple aroma. Fruity spicy apple flavor. Has a fruity spicy slightly tart apple finish.

Light amber colour, no head. Aroma of apples, light sweet. Sweet apple flavour, hint of skins. Sweet finish.

Box - Sweet lightly spiced apple. Nice gold with no head. Sweet apple, semi dry finish and lightly spice apple.

Bag in a Box @ Bree Louise. Pours a brandy / mahogany brown, pretty sweet, creamy almost with a slight clean tang, coarse orchard flavours and minimal tannins.. not bad.

[10/4/13] Cask at Cock Tavern (Hackney) in London. Hazy golden. Aroma of green apples, a woody note and a sulphury note. Sweetish-sourish flavor of green apples. Light-bodied. Quite simple but enjoyable.
