Bottle. Amber. Subtle sweet caramel malts, quite earthy, a bit of sugary chestnut. It’s quite subtle and nice, but the finish is a bit metallic and has some dead yeast Marmite taste. Over light bodied. I like it, bit the finish ruins it a bit.

Bottle. Ugly green/blue with no head. Sweet malts, seaweed, yeasty, light cardboard. Medium sweet and bitter. Pretty bad, unless you like beer that tastes like sushi. Why?

Bottle. Clear golden. Ginger, soft malts, verveine, light apple, bread crust. Over light sweet and bitter, very light sour. Under medium bodied.

Clear golden withwhite head. Buckwheat, sweet malts, honey, grassy. Medium sweet and light bitter. Medium bodied, feels solid for the abv. Not really my style but well made

Tap at Bar a Popol. Hazy pale yellow with soft green hue and white head. Light lemon, matcha, wheat, gooseberries, Brett, light grassy, dried rose, yuzu, light wine gum. Light sweet and sour, very light bitter. Just medium bodied. I really like this!
