Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Bit hazy dark purple with fine ring of bubbles. Indeed some black currants, blackberries, dry pear, dry apple peel, light earthy and funky but mostly mineral. Light sweet, bitter and sour. Solid medium bodied, medium dry. Not bad, Dutch cider is really better with additional fruit.

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Bit hazy pale yellow straw with small head. Dry oak, very very dry apple and soft tart pear, alcohol, lemon, white wine, soft herbal and flowery, light l as chic notes. Light bitter and sour. Medium bodied, slight boozy and very dry finish with low carbonation. Not so much apple and body, even though it has some light tannins but they might be from the oak. Quite heavy, really drinks like wine. Too thin and boozy for me, could use a bit more sweetness and body.

Sour apples, apple stems, woody, dry, no sugar, green and red hard apple skins, dry fleshy pear, green pear peels. No sweetness, moderate bitter and light sour. Light body and soft carbonation. Dry finish. Very Dutch and watery outdoor freshness.

Bottle shared at Maakun’s. Unclear golden with white head. Sour apples, apple stems, woody, dry, no sugar, green and red hard apple skins, dry fleshy pear, green pear peels. No sweetness, moderate bitter and light sour. Light body and soft carbonation. Dry finish. Very Dutch and watery but it has an air of careful production. It feels like a well done product with the limitations at hand. Dutch outdoor freshness.

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Hazy light golden with small white head. Tart green pear, dry apple, quite mineral, chalky, unripe apple, light funk. Tastes very 'green' and like unripe fruits, soft tannins but more fruit acids. Almost medium sour, light sweet and bitter. Medium bodied, sparkly carbonation and quite dry finish. It's not bad, but has that typical Dutch sour character and misses some fresh apple notes. OK.

Bone dry cider of fleshy dry fruit, no sugars, woody apple stem tones, enriched with a dash of sweet and tart black currant juice. A careful balance that brings in a soft powdery mouthfeel, tannines, and some earthy, wet clay, cellar funk notes. Nice.

Bottle shared at home. Dark ruby with white head. Bone dry cider with fleshy dry apples, no sugars, woody apple stem tones, enriched with a dash of sweet and tart black currant juice. A careful balance that brings in a soft powdery mouthfeel and some earthy tones. Light sweet, very dry and light tart. Very delicate, tannines, and a light wet clay cellar funk.
