Brewery draught, 7/21/22. Moderately hazy with a small, white head showing low retention. Nose is lightly juicy, moderately yeasty (big fruit, light/minimal bubble gum) and crackery malts. Middle of the pack as far as hop expression goes. Nothing too crazy, but I've smelled milder. Soft, lightly juicy, lightly-to-moderately bitter. Well-attenuated and fairly malty with vague citrus, some pineapple and quite fruity yeast. Clean, no booze, no resin, easy drinking.

Pours a deep brown to black with a finger of beige foam that lingers. Big rosted malt and coffee forward nose that lingers. More roasted malt, chocolate and toasted brownie on the palate. Dry and not sweet with good roasted character throughout. More coffee that lingers on the finish.

Pours a clear copper with a finger of off-white foam that dissipates. Big clove and banana forward nose with raisin and plum notes. Candi sugar, prune and date flavors on the palate with some light grain and mild bitterness to cut the sweetness. Really nice and well done dubbel that is highly drinkable.

Draft at Copper Hop. Pours a clearish copper orange with a finger of white foam that dissipates. Orange, pine and guava and coconut open up as it warms. Smooth with more pine on the palate with a lingering tropical cocktail note. Some bitter pine on the finish with lingering grapefruit and pineapple. Sabro is such a fun hop. Nice use in a traditional IPA here.

Pours a clearish gold with a full finger of white foam that dissipates to a ring around the edge of the glass. Big bubble gum, banana and clove driven nose with a touch of hay on the nose. Crisp and clean but with a creamy banana cream note on the palate. Good peppery spice on the finish. Really solid American take on a German classic. Hits all the notes.

Pours a clear gold copper with a finger of foam that dissipates. Grapefruit, overripe orange and caramel aromas on the nose. Caramel and pine on the palate. Light body and easy drinking. Good balance with toffee, pine and mild bitterness on the finish. Nice pale ale.
