Alpha Delta Brewing was established in September 2019 in Newcastle Upon Tyne by Ross Holland. With over 5 years of brewing experience behind him, Ross decided to create something BIG. In October, Aether and Aion were released as the first two big seasonal beers to kick Alpha Delta off. Now he plans to release even more incredible big beers. Very exciting times.

Greige, thick head over jet-black beer; pouring like used motor oil. Speculoos and roast, some bitterhops and liquorice, cigarette ashes and meat. Cigarette ashes, sweet malts, sweet meat, again wood ashes, woodfire. FInish is indeed dry, whilst so far it was rather sweet. Amazingly complex beer, flavours constantly changing, but never clashing. Impressed! Txs to Stef!

Keg at BD Tower Hill, 11/11/22. Hazed orange topped with a white crown. Nose is big piss laden tropical fruit esters, sharp citric shreds, guava, herb, lime lead, acidic nostril tickle. Taste comprises sharp tropical fruits, lemon curd, lime zest, guave, green berry twang, vinous, balanced acidic rise, fucked over pineapple chunks. Medium plus bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced puckering bite. A very late non intentional Collabfest '22 mop up ... and seems I saved one of the best till last!
