Description
Alpha Delta Brewing was established in September 2019 in Newcastle Upon Tyne by Ross Holland. With over 5 years of brewing experience behind him, Ross decided to create something BIG. In October, Aether and Aion were released as the first two big seasonal beers to kick Alpha Delta off. Now he plans to release even more incredible big beers. Very exciting times.

Lata 44 CL en Vivalabirra 31..07..2020. Color negro con espuma beige oscuro que desaparece al poco tiempo casi por completo. Sabores maltsos suaves tostados con suaves cacaos cafes y lactosas. Ligeras levaduras. Suave amargo final Cuerpo ligero a medio fácil de beber algoseco al final. Normal.

ABV: 5.0%. Murky matt medium yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, moderate hoppy, citrus, zesty, pineapple, light lemon, light yeasty, chalk. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, fruity malt, wheat, yeast, minerals, fruit, thin - light, fruity hops. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20200731]

440ml can @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, July 20. Thanks Mike for this! Pours misty yellow, white froth atop. Smooth, hazy, spiky grapefruit with pithy bitterness and light stonefruit. Good drinkability.

440ml can @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, July 20. Thanks Mike for this! Misty yellow appearance, good white froth atop. Bright citrus fruit nose. Taste is lovely and fresh, softly dank, light on the palate.. its lychee tangent seems to suggest a different hop to Citra, maybe even Sabro perhaps, certainly not the Citra we're used to. Still a pleasantly fruity and light drinking DIPA.

Can from RAD Beer. Hazy golden body with a white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of chives and lemongrass. Flavour of onion, lime and grapefruit. Medium body with a frothy mouthfeel. Light fizz. Raw and peppery.
