Description
Alpha Delta Brewing was established in September 2019 in Newcastle Upon Tyne by Ross Holland. With over 5 years of brewing experience behind him, Ross decided to create something BIG. In October, Aether and Aion were released as the first two big seasonal beers to kick Alpha Delta off. Now he plans to release even more incredible big beers. Very exciting times.

440ml can. Sweet, ripe citrusy and tropical fruity with some mango, pine, chewy juiciness and hints of floral notes. A bit heavy and stuffy, hints of glue too.

Draft. A black beer with a brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, dark chocolate, and vanilla. The flavor is sweet with notes of vanilla, roasted malt, dried fruits, and caramel, leading to a bitter finish.

ABV: 14.0%. Unclear dark black brown colour with a large, frothy and speaking, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, chocolate, dark chocolate, cocoa, nesquik, vanilla, sweet chocolate, light banana. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a long duration, chocolate, milk chocolate, cocoa, sweet chocolate, marshmallow notes, licorice notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming nad light light alcoholic. [20200206]

ABV: 5.0%. Murky medium yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, oat, moderate hoppy, citrus, fruity hops, minerals. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, pale malt, fruity malt, citrus, minerals, wheat - oat. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20200205]
