33cl bottle from Delhaize Chazal in Brussels. F: big, white, good retention. C: pale gold, hazy. A: malty, spicy, honey, peach, floral, bit yeasty. T: light to medium malty base, floral, peach, honey touch, dry on the palate, bit lemon peels, spicy, medium carbonation, ok, drinkable.

Huge & dense yellowish head, fed by fine pearling clear copper beer. Creamy nose, cookies, toast, coloured malts, parsley, cake, wet cardboard. Dry, bitterish, but the cardboard returns with a vengeance. Toast, vegetable bitterness. Warming up, coriander. Quite a bit astringent, even dry-out effect, light burning feel. Light body, good carbonation. Wry aftertaste, sorry, -feel. Attempt at a hoppier Spéciale Belge? OK, but the astringency is disturbing. I Thanks to Stef! /I

F: huge, egg-white, good retention. C: deep amber, hazy. A: malty, spicy, orange peels, caramel, yeasty. T: malty, vaguely fruity, yeasty, bit spicy, caramel, bready, oh bio version so that’s why nothing special, medium body and carbonation, 33cl bottle from Delhaize Chazal in Brussels.

Clear orange beer, small creamy off-white head, stable, little adhesive. Aroma: rather medicinal impression, some marzipan, spicy, meh. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bit sweet, malty, some banana, little fruity, yeast. Aftertaste: little bitter, bit grassy, some citrus, dry finish.

Bottle from Delhaize. Amber with a full head. Aroma of toffee. Flavour is soft malt, yeast and ho, pepper on a soft bitter finish.
