About
It all started in July 2013, when our founders were relaxing in their apartment in Toul Kork, Phnom Penh. In love with Phnom Penh and Cambodia, there was only one thing they missed; Great Beer! They had brewed for many years in the past, but a lust for adventure had put an unfortunate end to that. And so a plan was put in action. Returning to their home countries of America and Australia, they began building funds and putting together resources. Returning to Phnom Penh in 2015, they set to work building their dream brewery. Finally able to bring the beer they missed so much, to the country that stole their hearts.

Bottle 0.33l from Embargo, Phnom Penh. Cloudy, pale gold colored. AROMA- yeasty, wheat, slightly spicy. FLAVOR- dry, slightly bitter, wheat, spicy, yeasty. Light to medium bodied. No saison character, still not bad.

Bottle 0.33l at Embargo, Phnom Penh. Lightly cloudy, straw colored. AROMA-  wheat, vanilla, flowery, herbal, coriander. FLAVOR- neutral to dry, a bit sour, wheat, coriander, touch of citrus, herbal hops. Medium bodied. Refreshing.

Draught at the brewery taproom. Cloudy, gold colored. AROMA- tropical fruit, citrusy, a bit floral. FLAVOR- neutral to dry, bitter, fruity, floral, grassy. Medium to fuller bodied. Average IPA.

Toasted Coconut Brown Ale from Riel Brewing

Draught at the brewery taproom. Hazy, brown colored. AROMA- caramel, coconut, toasted malts, earthy tones. FLAVOR- neutral to dry, lightly bitter, coconut, toasted malts, earthy and floral hops. Medium bodied. Good.

Draught at the brewery taproom. Cloudy, deep gold colored. AROMA- fruity jelly candies, citrusy, floral. FLAVOR- dry, bitter, malt, a bit fruity- citrusy, peach, quite floral. Medium bodied. Average one.

Draught at the brewery taproom. Cloudy, deep gold to light orange colored. AROMA- malt, floral, honey, touch of apricot and orange. FLAVOR- neutral, bitter, the same as aroma. Medium bodied. Not bad.
