Tap at Embargo, Phnom Penh. Poured a clear dark brown colour with a mostly lasting frothy off white head. The aroma is malt, mineral, earthy, light charcoal palate. The flavour is moderate to light liqourice bitter, with a malty, light roasty, charcoal, hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Fairly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of peppery saison yeast, herbs, citrus and fruity notes. Dragon fruit pretty much subdued by standard saison notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with above light carbonation.

Bottle 0.33l from Embargo, Phnom Penh. Cloudy, deep gold colored. AROMA- exotic fruit, flowery, spicy yeasty tones. FLAVOR- neutral, strong bitterness overhelming all other flavors, exotic fruit, malt, apple core and spicy yeast. Medium to fuller bodied. Bitter sediment was very bad for this one.

Bottle 0.33l at Embargo, Phnom Penh. Cloudy, dark brown colored. AROMA- toasted malts, caramel, chocolate bonbons, plums, touch of dates. FLAVOR- neutral to dry, lightly bitter, a bit fruity, toasted malts, touch of coffee, caramel and chocolate, earthy tones. Medium bodied. Not bad.
