Purple and murky without a head. Blueberry and prune aroma. Taste is both tart and sweet with a touch of pineapple acidity. Lingering pineapple and blueberry. Full-bodied, mild carbonation, beyond chewy, definitely more a smoothie than a beer. Really have to be in the mood to enjoy a beer like this. On a hot summer day, it’s refreshing, in a fashion, and works.
