450ml can at Kulibin Pub in Krasnodar. Pours dark brown with a small beige head and some nasty floaties. Aroma is roasted, coffee. Taste is dry. Medium bitter finish. Medium bodied. No orange liqueur, no chocolate, no zest. To me it’s just a decent coffee stout.

400ml on tap at Big Village’s taproom in Krasnodar. Pours almost clear gold with a medium-sized white head. Aroma is citrus, grape. Taste is light sweet. Medium bitter finish. Light to medium bodied. Seems undercarbonated for a pils.

450ml can at Big Village’s taproom in Krasnodar. Pours hazy amber with a medium-sized off-white head. Aroma is marmalade, tea, floral, biscuit malt. Taste is light sweet. Light to medium bitter finish. The greatest Russian ESB hands down.

Tap. Golden, slightly smoky, white head. Sweet aroma, orange, lychee, guava, pineapple and mango. Dense taste, pineapple and guava, lychee, citrus, a bit of pine, juicy, good.
