Description

33 cl bottle @ olio, BBE 17.12.2015
Aroma has fruits, juicy tones, roastiness and resiny notes. Also some vanilla and raspberries typical to BIPAs. Flavour has hops, woody tones, fruits and licorice. Finishes with salty licorice and distant herbal tones. Nice BIPA.

Taste is smooth, lingering bitter, roasty, hoppy and citrusy with some grassy notes, dark chocolate, cocoa and coffee. Bottled, BB 17-12-15, large sample. Dark color, medium almost creamy brownish head. Aroma of roasted malts, hint of fruity candy, pine, grapefruit, dark chocolate, hint of cherry even. Quite bitter in taste, some malty sweetness in the back. Slight hint of alcohol, which is actually the only downside of the beer. I already liked till the bitter end and I am seriously impressed with the latest additions Praght has made. Another wonderful beer!
