Description
Brouwerij Praght is ontstaan vanuit een levenslange passie voor bier. Al in 1986, op 14-jarige leeftijd, is eigenaar Maurice Bouma begonnen met het thuis brouwen van bier met een zelfgebouwde brouwinstallatie! Wat begon met het het thuis brouwen van bier met een eigen gemaakte brouwinstallatie is uiteindelijk uitgegroeid tot wat het nu is: een brouwerij van Praghtige kwalitieits bieren!
En het einde is nog niet in zicht. Zo beschikken wij sinds januari 2017 ook over een eigen distilleerderij en mouterij en staan er nog meer zaken op stapel.

Bottle 330ml. @ home.Clear medium to dark yellow orange colour with many small sized body particles, a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, moderate to heavy yeasty, fruity, alcohol - phenol, yeast. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, malty, yeasty, alcohol, riped fruit, fruity. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20111028]

On tap at PINT BBF ’11. Clear amber brown colour, off white head. Aroma of strong smoke at first, bacon, sweet malts, caramel. Flavour is sweet, light smoke, light salty, malty, light spicy, light bitter finish. Rather sweet, but tasty smoked bock. Light to medium bodied.

Bottled. An amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of caramel and vinegar. The flavor is slightly acidic with notes of caramel, malt, and alcohol, leading to a slightly tart finish.

at yespr tasting. pitch dark, smooth brown head. roasted malty aroma, faint licorice, sort of woody. nice stout aroma. flavor is malty, roasted malty, flowery, good balance, good roasted malty aftertaste.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours an opaque pitch black with a dense beige head. Sweet roasty nose with some vanilla. Medium body, sweet roast, a little coffee and agai vanilla. Hardly any hops. 260911

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a huge white head. Aroma is fruity, mild acidic and light yeasty. Bitter, mild citrusy and light yeasty. Bitter and dry herbal finish.

Bottled. A dark brown beer with a huge dark brown head. The aroma has notes of phenols, malt, and yeast. The flavor is sweet with notes of yeats, phenols, and chocolate, leading to a dry phenolic finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy dark black with a huge tan head. Aroma is roasted dark malty, breadish and light liqourice. Dark roasted malty. Sweet. Breadish. Lingering liqourice and smooth dark malty into a medium dry and subdued roasted finish.
