Bottle 330ml. @ home.Clear medium to dark yellow orange colour with many small sized body particles, a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, moderate to heavy yeasty, fruity, alcohol - phenol, yeast. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, malty, yeasty, alcohol, riped fruit, fruity. On tap at PINT BBF ’11. Clear amber brown colour, off white head. Aroma of strong smoke at first, bacon, sweet malts, caramel. Flavour is sweet, light smoke, light salty, malty, light spicy, light bitter finish. Rather sweet, but tasty smoked bock. Light to medium bodied.
