Description

Bottle from Bier Koning. Hazy amber beer, small white head. Light, smooth and semi dry palate. Smooth dry malt - somewhat lagerish. A trace of hop bitterness before a fairly dry finish. A little over dry but respectable.

Bottle from Bier Koning. Opaque black - brown beer. Tidy pale tan head . Smooth airy palate. Dark malt - just a little creamy and lacto sweet. Trace of raostiness gives some extra depth. Sprinkle of minerals and an airy finish. Light well joined up stout that hides it abv well.

Bottle from Bier Koning. Cloudy gold beer, little white head. Chalky dry palate. Fresh pale malt. Minerals. Trace of citrus but all the good stuff is lost in this horrible dry chalky palate. Not good!

Bottle from Bier Koning. Cloudy gold beer, short lived white head. Light crispish palate. Nice tripel malt - not too sweet or dry, creamy as well. Slightly soft oak edges. Not really picking up any wine flavours which is a shame as a little wine would have taken this beer to the next level. Decent enough as is though!
