ABV: 7.5%. Clear medium to light orange yellow colour with a small, fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, smoke, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, saison yeast, sweeet yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, smoke bitter, wood smoke, wheat - yeast, saison yeast - sweet yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Sample (thanks omhper!). Golden colour with a small white foamy head. Aroma is slightly smoked with some elderwood and mild nutty and some floral tones. Flavour is smokey and honeyish with toasted and mild citrus tones to it. Mild in general, but still very tasty. Also hides the alcohol very well.
