Bottle.Dark copper colour with medium white head.Aroma is sweet and bready with taste of toffee caramel and malt,flavor of caramel and hops,ok pilsner but a little to sweet for me.

Small chalk board between the brew kettles in the beer keller advertised the availability of this brew: no mention on the menu or from the serving lady. 0.4litre draught on 11th Dec 2014. Cloudy amber body with a plum like sweetness in both the nose and taste, sweet and spicy feel throughout yet their was a dry finish and aftertaste: didn’t really enjoy it.

11th Dec 2014, 0.4 litre on tap at it’s source, the Groninger Braukeller, Hamburg. Poured a misty amber golden colour with a white head that gave off some good lacing. Aroma came across as malty and grainy and semi-sweet in nature. The taste followed the same lines with a light sweet lead with a mini caramel feel.

On tap at Gröninger Braukeller, Hamburg. Cloudy amber color with small creamy white head and average sparkling appearance. Aroma of malt, wort, honey and hay. Taste starts moderate sweet malty, follows rich herbal with light bitter finish. Medium body, creamy texture and soft carbonation in palate. Sweet and tasty brew...
