Description
The O'so Brewing Company was founded in 2007 by Marc and Katina Buttera. Marc was an avid home-brewer and opened O'so after opening a home-brew supply shop known as Point Brew Supply. In 2013, O'so was declared the 2nd fastest growing brewery in the state. ​

Tap at Mason Lounge. Hazy thick body. Creamy, glass lacing white head. Moderately hopped, not that pronounced or juicy. There is some pleasant honeysuckle, light pineapple that works. OK, but not in the same league as the primo examples.

Bottled. A black beer with a brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, coffee, chocolate, and vanilla. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, chocolate, vanilla, and coffee, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of brett, hops, lemons, and straw. The flavor is sour with notes of hops, lemons, brett, and spices, leading to a dry finish.

75 cl bttle. Pours dark brown to black. Small tan head. Aroma is roated dark malty and slight chili. Roasted dark malty. Dense and roasted malt. Sweet, chocolate and roasted. Slight chili. Roasted dark malt finish.

Bottle@Jespers - Golden orange pour with white head. Fruity and hoppy with some distinct bretty notes, some orchard fruit, medium body, with some notes of straw, hay, tart fruity into the close.

330 ml bottle at the Hoppy Pub, Thessaloniki. Clear golden color with off white head. Malty aroma, caramel, bread, light hoppy, piney. Sweet and bitter taste. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.
