Bottle shared with Jan & Charlotte, Ulfborg. Lightly hazy yellow color, small white head. Smell and taste are wheat, hayish, dusty and cardboard mixed with the sea buckthorn I guess. Typical 3.5% ABV sour beer. Not really my thing but not bad either.

Tap at the brewery. Brown color, red haze, medium sized beige head. Aroma is malts, dark malts, brown malts, earthy, malty grainy bitters. Flavor is malts, brown malts, earthy again, lingering malt bitter finish. Maybe a distant underlying sweet note in there somewhere, but very much a dark lager indeed. Probably true to style but not my kind of beer tbh. 7-5-6-6-6

Bottle shared with Laura @ Posthuys Vlieland. Dark orange color, huge foamy white head. Smell and taste wheat, honey, light bitter notes, sweetish berry notes in there as well and a bit floral. Fizzy carbonation unfortunately, that's really annoying.

Bottle shared with Laura on the terrace of Posthuys, Vlieland. Clear bright golden color, white head. Aroma and flavor are lightly malts, hayish in the flavor, more grainy in the aroma and pleasantly bitter. Easy to drink lager for hot sunny days.

Bottle shared with Laura on our way over to Vlieland. Clear golden color at first, after pouring in the 2nd part of the bottle it becomes hazy, medium sized white head. Aroma is pleasantly hoppy, lightly fruity. Flavor is malts, hops, distant citrusy notes, "bruisend bitter". Decent body, firm carbonation. Not bad.

33cl Fles, gekocht bij een slijterij in Grou. Mistig oranje-amber kleur, witte kraag. Erg veel koolzuur. Eerst bloemig, fris, iets zepig, lichte oldskool en Engelse IPA-vibes, later wordt het een gistig soepzooitje, ook heel oldskool. En ook dus veel teveel koolzuur. Lichte body. Heeft potentie, nu matig tot OK-ish.

330ml bottle. Clear, chestnut colour with ruby shimmer and small to average, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, dark sulphureous to beige head. Sweet-ish, slightly nutty and chocolately, dark and caramel malty aroma, hints of nougat, hazelnut, Brazil nut, some caramel, minimally piney and herbal hoppy overtones with a touch of reed, whiffs of seawater. Taste is slightly herbal and piney hoppy and sweet-ish, minimally nutty, dark and caramel malty, hints of nougat, some caramel, a touch of pine needles, herbal liqueur, reed, seawater.
Minimally creamy, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, fine, mildly prickly carbonation.
Nice nutty flavours and somehow "maritime" herbal flavours - not bad.
