Description
BRAW is a sandbox occupied by young brewer Emil Rosendahl at Nørrebro Bryghus in Ryesgade since December 2016. In this sandbox, Emil plays around with everything he can get his hands on. He strives to brew high quality and 100% organic beers that can challenge your nose and palate. Everything is done with the bare hands of Emil and his friends in the basement of Nørrebro Bryghus on Ryesgade 3!

Medium sweet malty and fruity, notes of pineapple, lemon, light white sugar sweetness, medium body, solid hoppy light bitter finish. Lovely.

Tap@S�ernes �lbar, Copenhagen- Pours cloudy yellow with a white head. Tropical fruity with notes of grapefruit and peach, some light piney notes, hoppy medium bitter into the close.

Hazy dull blond colour with thin soapy head. There's a sugary sweetness to this one and a real lack of bitterness. Poorly balanced.

Formiddagstur med Steven - og plutselig befant vi oss utenfor Nørrebro Bryghus... Her hadde de JOMA (the joy of missing out) - ved å legge mobilen i baren fikk man denne pilsneren gratis. Her skal man altså prate med hverandre og ikke med mobilen. Et eksempel til etterfølgelse! Lett uklar gylden med fint skum som varer. Deilige inntrykk av barskog, urter og citrus, godt humlet og fin maltsødme bidro til at praten gikk livlig. Crisp as a cracker.

Bottled. Hazy orangeish golden colour with a small off-white head, which leaves some lace. Arom ais coffee, some floral, fruity and mild herbal tones. Flavour is tropical fruits, mild kiwi and some coffee with some herbal tones too.

Can. Slightly hazy deep yellow colour with a small white head. Aroma is wood, some fruity, grainy and mild herbal tones. Flavour is floral, fruity, wooden and some grainy tones with some slight herbs as well. Clean, easy going and refreshing Kölsch.

Can. An unclear golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of citrus fruits, spices, hops, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of hops, citrus fruits, peaches, and malt, leading to a bitter finish.
