Description
BRAW is a sandbox occupied by young brewer Emil Rosendahl at Nørrebro Bryghus in Ryesgade since December 2016. In this sandbox, Emil plays around with everything he can get his hands on. He strives to brew high quality and 100% organic beers that can challenge your nose and palate. Everything is done with the bare hands of Emil and his friends in the basement of Nørrebro Bryghus on Ryesgade 3!

From tap. Pours hazy yellow. Small white head. Aroma is grapefruity, citrusy. Bitter. Mellow, crisp hoppy. Smooth fruity. Bitter. Mellow. Dry, crisp hoppy and fruity finish.

Tap @Dudes. Cloudy yellow, white head. Juicy fruity aroma, peach, orange and light pine. Jyicy, sweetish flavour. Stonefruit and mild pine. Nice hoppy bite

Draught @ Dudes, Copenhagen. Pours slightly hazy yellow with a white head, lacings. Aroma of malt, grassy hops, bitter fruity, citrus, grapefruit, light pine. Flavor is sweet and light bitter, malt, grassy fruity hops, citrus, grapfruit. Medium to full body, soft to average carbonation, sweet and light bitter finish. 100518

Dudes. Keg. Opaque dark brown beer, small pale tan head. Palatw is smooth and semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Smooth spicy dark malts. Touch of licorice. Spicy bitter finish. Spicy bitter linger. Quite harsh.
