Description
BRAW is a sandbox occupied by young brewer Emil Rosendahl at Nørrebro Bryghus in Ryesgade since December 2016. In this sandbox, Emil plays around with everything he can get his hands on. He strives to brew high quality and 100% organic beers that can challenge your nose and palate. Everything is done with the bare hands of Emil and his friends in the basement of Nørrebro Bryghus on Ryesgade 3!

Dudes. Keg. Very hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour heah. Palate is smooth and semi dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Smooth malts, lightly sweet. Modest spicy dry citrus. Mellow light coffee. Light semi dry finish. Tidy.

Tap, 250mml. Bottle. Tasted on the 08/05/2018 at «Dudes», Copenhagen. Hazy golden colour with a small white head. Aroma of citrusy fruits and floral hops. Taste is slightly grainy and fruity, leading to a medium citrusy and hoppy finish. Next one please!!!

From tap. Pours hazy orange, small white head. Aroma is citrusy and crisp hoppy. Mild fruity. Slight grassy. Slight herbal. Bitter. Smooth fruity. Herbal and grassy finish.

Tap@Dudes, Copenhagen - Murky orange pour with white head. Fruity and malty with some prominent coffee notes coming through, light roast, medium body, hoppy and coffee laden into the close.

Tap@Fermentoren, Copenhagen - yellow to light orange coloured pour with white head. Citrus fruity action, some notes of satsuma and grapefruit, a splash of lemon, light pale malty support, hoppy light bitter finish.

Draft. A dark brown beer with a dark brown head. The aroma has notes of hops, citrus fruit, chocolate, and roasted malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of chocolate, vanilla, and roasted malt, leading to a bitter finish.

Pours just fine with iff white head and some of that orange copper alls y’allses be talkin’ boot. All I can smell is a tepid lemon like that juice you accidentally left out overnight at your grandmother’s house. Flavour is a soft citrus mix with water like you were sucking on the dregs of some fruit experiment in the late summer in Oliver, B.C. Wet finish, just okay, needs more of everything to be interesting.
